When you enquire about coaching, book a call, or fill in a form on this site, you may share:

Your name and contact details (email address and phone number)
Which programme you are interested in and your preferred contact method
Any message or notes you choose to include
Basic information about your goals, where relevant to your coaching

We may also receive limited technical data automatically, such as the pages you visit and general location, through standard analytics and cookies (see the Cookies section below).

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a free call or trial session
To deliver and manage your coaching if you become a client
To send you relevant updates you have agreed to receive
To improve the website and understand what content is useful

We only use your data for the purposes you would reasonably expect. We never sell your data to third parties.

Where it is stored

Your enquiry is processed through our customer management system so we can respond and follow up efficiently. This means your data may be held by a trusted third-party provider acting on our behalf as a processor, under appropriate contractual safeguards. We keep enquiry data for as long as is needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, then remove or anonymise it.
